Hot grills, and ovens, add salt and pepper and hold on. Also famously smoked…smoked black cod is unforgettable (and in a very good way!)
Our Black cod are caught hook and line via a long line off the coast of washington. They are processed on the boat (cleaned and headed), and sold whole.
We’re anticipating large fish this week in the 7-10lbs range, this $25 purchase is a deposit on a fish, the actual weight will be determined at pickup and we’ll charge a CC for the balance at 11.25/lb.
